Make it make sense!

We ask for no caffeine intake 4 hours before your appointment because the eyes tend to flutter from the stimulates - making it difficult for the tech to safely apply the extensions. We refuse to put our clients or professionals in harm’s way.

Arriving with clean lashes & skin allows for better retention and the overall procedure. If your skin isn’t clean, the tech isn’t able to properly place the lash tape/eye pads for appropriate preparation. When your lashes are dirty, we aren’t able to attach the extensions to the natural lash - we are attaching it to the residue sitting on top of your lashes making it more possible for fall out since there’s no proper attachment. Hence, when you cleanse your lashes, extensions will fall off as the dirt is being rinsed off.

Please be aware that your provider is giving you her undivided attention during your appointment. Because of timing and the level of coordination & precision, we do not want to be taken out of concentration to look at your phone to advise you of who’s calling or help you answer the phone. We understand that emergencies happen but please let your friends/family know that you’ll be at an appointment at such time & cannot respond until you’re done. Try AirPods.

Your provider reserves the right to refuse service if the client does not abide by these rules & policies.
