Online booking is available for your convenience. In order to book an appointment, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your time slot. All services are by-appointment only, no walk-ins. Due to limited space, we ask that no additional guests attend the appointment with you. If you have a child that needs to come with you, please reach out to us prior to request.

 We require 48 hours in advance for cancellation and/or rescheduling. Cancellations and reschedules with notice will be able to transfer the deposit to the next appointment, twice only. Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours cannot transfer the deposit to another day. Please be advised that a reschedule within 48 hours is considered a cancellation. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will lose the deposit, therefore, a new deposit is required for a new booking. 

It is highly recommended to reach out to your service provider to advise of tardiness. If you are 15 minutes late or over, you will be seen for the remainder of your service if the provider is still available. If you do not advise of lateness, you forfeited your appointment and it will be considered a no-show. 

No shows will completely lose the deposit and is responsible for the full balance of the appointment.

We understand that life gets in the way and certain unforeseen events take place, but we can agree on respecting each other's time and efforts. Failure to follow our terms & conditions will result in immediate dismissal/discharge from our business (or businesses). Please do not schedule an appointment with us if you do not agree with these terms.

 We accept both cash and debit/credit card payments. To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is mandatory and must be submitted via our secure online payment system. Please note that informing us of your intention to pay in cash does not exempt you from submitting the required deposit at the time of booking. The deposit payment is crucial as it holds your appointment slot. Your appointment will not be scheduled until we receive the deposit. 

To ensure our professionals are being valued for their work, an automatic 18% service charge (gratuity) will be applied to your service. You may tip your service provider beyond the service fee based on your own discretion.
